Whenever my homeless friend is drunk, I yell "No, not now, keep walking!" through the window, and he yells back, "yup, I'm definitely drinking again!" And keeps going. Yesterday I yelled out to someone - turned out not to be him, but it works! They go away. It's going to be my new mantra.
