If you were with someone for 10 years, and had 3 children with them, and they told you that they didn’t love you enough to marry you.

I’ve heard of people changing after being with them for decades so you’re not alone in that. I can only imagine, but I think I would feel… maybe grateful. Marriage isn’t necessary. So we dodged a bullet there. Maybe a little sad that their reason was not loving me, but I don’t need anyone’s love anyways so I’d be okay. Probably concerned for them more than anything.
