What did you say to an employee last time you were an unhappy customer?

Well the other day I was a at a cafe with my 2 daughters having devonshire teas and a young waitress (teenager) came around to say the kitchen was behind and their systems were down and my meal would take about 45 minutes.
I just politely stated that it was Devonshire tea and was she sure it would take that long. She laughed and realised that it wouldn't. I'm sure it was the first time she had to go around telling people the kitchen was behind and I felt for her for doing such an unpleasant job.

I think after that she read the orders before approaching the customers.

I usually start out saying the same thing each time. "I think there's a problem here with this product/situation."
From there, my response varies depending on much or little help I get in fixing the situation.

"I wanted strawberry, not vanilla, can you please replace it?" xD

you demanding a pay rise and you cant even fry chips.... wow

I realize it's not your fault, but I'm losing my patience

I told a salesperson to chill because they were blowing up my phone lol

"Hello, this product is defective and I would like to return it for cash. I have a receipt for it. Can you help me with that?"

I've never understood why people blow their tops and throw bitch fits at customer service people. They're just trying to stock the shelves or work the cash register, then go home for the day like everyone else. People going off on customer service people is one of the few things that genuinely upsets me.

Never mind I'll go elsewhere

Told the bitch at Lowe's never mind home Depot closer anyway
