What did you say to an employee last time you were an unhappy customer?

Well the other day I was a at a cafe with my 2 daughters having devonshire teas and a young waitress (teenager) came around to say the kitchen was behind and their systems were down and my meal would take about 45 minutes.
I just politely stated that it was Devonshire tea and was she sure it would take that long. She laughed and realised that it wouldn't. I'm sure it was the first time she had to go around telling people the kitchen was behind and I felt for her for doing such an unpleasant job.

I think after that she read the orders before approaching the customers.
