how best to respond to a man that's 'abrupt'

[c=BF0080][i]the owner of the computer shop i go to whenever i want my computer fixed or ugraded is very much like this, he is called 'nick' but whenever i try to talk to him in the past about my computer, he is 'to the point' and abrupt...has no bedside manner....its off putting because i need my computer upgraded soon and i have social anxiety and are socially awkward and wonder how i will put it to nick when i phone him about it?

write down what you plan on saying on a piece of paper when ur calling him. The best way to respond to someone that is abrupt is to be abrupt back. Don't take it personally. He probably is socially awkward or shy or doesn't like people

@darkmere1983 🤔i think with your personal issues and with his rude matter making your anxiety worse i would personally be think about looking to take it somewhere for an upgrade as with his attitude he does not deserve any custom what so ever
