Depends on the content. If what they are saying is misleading and factually incorrect I may well speak out.

No absolutely will I stay and listen to a bunch of nonsense. I will say excuse me I have heard enough of this nonsense and walk away. When it is nonsense there are no reasons to stay and listen any longer or to argue through it.
