I have some kind of boney growth in my mouth and no money for it because dentists have to be a million dollars now!

A buddy of mine used to go to one about a decade ago. Allegedly the dentist wouldn't use novocaine bc of the number of patients who abused pain killers. Told my friend to "man up" for a filling. 😧
There are dental schools and sometimes free dental clinics .. look into it in your area ..
