I would just once like to speak to a customer service person who is NOT in Bombay. Most have such poor English that I eventually yell at them because they DO NOT UNDERSTAND MY ISSUE!So frustrating! Happens esp with Amazon...all the time

We have very little customer service anymore seems any place I go I have to hunt down someone to help. Part of it is because they don't have enough help and I wonder if the younger social media people don't know how to deal with real people face to face?

I agree that customer service is a lost art.There are a few blokes who give a damn about their customers and I patronize their businesses whenever I can.To hell with the rest;I'll take my chances online.

I know, I go in an evening sometimes and everything is self checkout, but it is no good if you have a lot to get. I like to be served by a human being, at least we can chat while packing my bags.
