How do you get someone to realise that talking about your problems helps you to calm down and think about them more logically....without actually telling them that cuz they’ll get angry
Maybe trick them into an anonymous conversation? Sometimes people like this feel more comfortable talking about it with strangers.....at least i am. It may have something to do with showing no weakness to those he cares about. Maybe you can pretend to be someone else through an online chat?
@Prisoner69 i tried that before but I just kept rereading everything over and over and it felt like everything was stacking up on top of me even though half of it was solved :/ idk. And I know my sis would read it and I don’t want her to worry. Thank you for the advice though 🙌
