Honestly, I'm not sure. I feel like the Russians [i]might[/i] have still beaten the Nazis, though that's a big might. Germany made the exceptionally stupid decision of invading Russia in the wintertime.
However, it was primarily the Americans who fought in the Pacific Theater, so who knows, Japan might be much different today, possibly still a barbaric empire instead of a modernized world power.
