There is things I wish I had done differently..

Nothing is coming to mind as everything that has happened was anyway supposed to be that way.

Regrets, I've had a few.
But then again, too few to mention 😏

Not having the balls to take certain risks when I was younger .. so now I live in the moment and take risks . Still smart about it but I don’t let fear or insecurity stop me . We only have a certain time to experience this era and body then we move on to the next one

True. 💯

Wasting my time.

Not trying hard enough.

Not jumping at some things.

I regret not trying to get in a college abroad in my early twenties. Even if I'm not sure if it's truly a regret because I still remember how much of a mess I were then and I'm not sure if I would make it anyway. I had tons of anxiety, was anemic, had undiagnosed autoimmune disease and felt drained and physically weak all the time. Yet...I wish I would have left this city then.

i really don't live with regrets. i try to live a good life and treat others as I want to be treated. i wish i had not married who i married though.

A lot.

The two that really stick out are my marriage and my drinking and drugging.

@KatyO83 I tend to think you should only regret mistakes that you should have seen at the time. Marriage isn't a mistake you could see at the time, presumably you were happy/hopeful at the time. It just looks like a bad decision with the full benefit of hindsight.

Couple of years back heard an after dinner speech from a very successful retired footballer. Cracking speech then he invited questions. One guy said what are your regrets in football? He spoke about the trophies his team had won then the trophies they could have won but didn't how the losses still hurt him and how he still replays the matches they lost in his mind.

Then he said every single day I turned up for work as a professional footballer I gave 100% effort. I wanted different results but I regret nothing because of my 100% effort every single day. That's a good way of looking at regret, or lack of regret.
That’s a place I try not to go. Takes me way too far down the rabbit hole with sorrow that threatens to take away the here and now.
There are things I wish I had not told to people. They tell me they're non-judgmental. But that isn't necessarily true.
