I think I’m having auditory hallucinations

I just heard dogs barking behind me in the bedroom behind me like they were fighting.

Now i hear them growling and i hear jazz being played softly in an electric piano.

Not high, not drunk, not asleep.
The sound feels real but i know it’s not.
What do i do

Update one of the dogs yipped and bite they’re all barking again
I listened to someone play a piano and sing two days ago.
auditory hallucinations are fantastic things!
I cant say I hate them. ut they tend to not be pleasant sounds when I hear them.
Ive listened to old married couples having arguments, real estate deals getting torn to shreds ( note that not in real estate or know anything about it) music and a number of tire screeches and alarms. My head is, somedays. ringing with activity that does not belong in my reality.
I try not to let anyone know.
I will ask " is there *this* sound? sometimes I will even imply that maybe when I hear is in my head. Usually I determine the reality of a lot of noises by the reactions of those around me.

Don;t allow it to... well. know. Just shove it off like an annoying salesperson. Get on with your day., Dont let it enjoy the attention.

Are you sleepy? That stuff can happen when you're tired.

Go ahead and think I'm crazy...but that's a demon infestation, my friend.

Talk to a doctor, especially if it’s unsettling

I sometimes hear random things if I’m watching something or music is quietly playing and everyone else is asleep… I’ll think I hear mu kids saying “mommy” and I will check on them and they are
Asleep, I’ll hear someone saying my name… all of these are from a distance and when I’m overtired

If you’re hearing stuff a bunch that isn’t there.. I think you should tell someone or a doctor
