Do you think if mothers dressed and treated their girls as boys for a period of time it would teach them girls more respect for men? Could it even help them become equal to men, with the same rights etc?

			RainBisou · F

🤔 IDK about that, but I do know that men who had very strong willed mothers seem to have more respect for women ( at least 2 men I know)

@gr8legs Hmm… I looked at your page, but no direct indications. Do you like to see young boys crossdressing?

			gr8legs · 70-79

@FearfulHarmony49 yes, but I must say, 18 is the gold standard minimum. That and above, yes, I would love it.

		@gr8legs No, that's a lie.

			Lynda70 · F

		Probably the opposite.
Many parents and schools treat girls with far more respect than they treat boys. Schools tend to give girls more freedom too. Treating boys the same for a short period would probably cause resentment when those privileges were removed.

@silkydrawers: You can imagine what it would be like to have that attention for a while and then have it snatched away.

going off of a lot of mens posts on this site, I will say that dressing up like girls will not be a punishment for them and they would enjoy it.. I don't really see how dressing in girls clothes would make them respect women more though

I think it might, but I don't necessarily like this method. It feels a lot like "Do you know how we can end world hunger? Kill the hungry!" I mean, it would work, but it's not the most optimal solution.
I'm fine with boys acting like girls and girls acting like boys, but I don't like the idea of their parents putting that upon them. Hell, I wish there were no such labels of what "acting as a man" is and "acting like a lady". We're all humans and all just as capable. Why should our difference in gender change the way we treat each other? I grew up as a straight male and I respond to women equally to men. And if I could learn to respect women without needing to be treated as one, why can't others? :/

negative. Mothers who show a healthy respect for themselves and then teach how to be respectful wind up with awesome young men.

No, clothes has nothing to do with the way boys treats women. Teaching them by explaining what is proper acceptable behavior is the way to teach the boys. Boy or girl, clothing does nothing to teach them how to be respectful to others.
Start teaching the child early as to what respect is and how to act/treat others, is how they will learn. Of course appropriate punishment if they misbehave.

I'm actually very much into crossdressers, but I'm also capable of taking myself seriously. Something you should learn. You being a crossdresser doesn't directly relate to your respect of women. That's your submissiveness.

		No?
Teach your kids to be respectful. Teach them how to cook and the importance of cleaning. Shared responsibility.
Boys are sometimes taught that manly hobbies are more important than the home. The home is just as important and narcissistic hobbies come second.
Respect is key though.

It's the stuff of a lot of CD fiction, often to 'punish' continuing bad behaviour, but it has been a reality for some. It has nothing to do with homosexuality in later life, but I think it could well alter boys' attitude towards women - either more respect of more dislike, depending on the nature of the dressing and treatment, and the character of the boy himself. There is no one correct answer to this question!

			scorpio611 · 41-45, M

No but that will confuse them about their sexuality

No I don't, Boys need to be taught respect from men towards women, why it's needed and be given all the wonderful insight they're mother can give. Repeat until 35 years of age.
