Other then push ups and chin ups... Not a whole bloody lot.
That is an extremely good workout. I love the farmers walks too.

Maybe just stretch every day so the pain doesn't ruin your motivation. I stretch while watching something like big bang theory. Athlean-x does great stretch tutorials.
