@SubstantialKick But being pulled over and the officer says "Hey sir, the reason why I pulled you over is because you seem to have a felony record" - I'd shit my pants

@InvictusIndigo A police officer who was driving behind me had typed in my plate number wrong and it came back as stolen. It had turned out that they were searching for a stolen vehicle which happened to be the same make and model as the one I had at the time.

@SubstantialKick Oh shoot - what was the first thing that you thought when they told you that? How did the officers handle the situation?

@InvictusIndigo My first and only thought was to just do what they told me first and then get it sorted out. They reran the plate and my only offense was an expired tag, which I got a written warning for. Oh, and they apologized.

@bijouxbroussard Yep. There are good cops out there, and luckily the ones I interacted with were.
