Definitely. I ground myself daily by stepping out into my garden barefoot with a cup of tea before I do much else. It just calms me completely and helps me start the day on an even keel.

Yes walking barefoot is very nice. In fact at the moment I'm almost always barefoot. I work from home, the weather is extremely nice ==> no shoes needed!

On a summer’s morning when the dew is in the grass to get the best benefits of grounding!

@BarefootLouise Hopefully you didn't jinx yourself. People where I live are asshats and there seems to be bits of broken glass everywhere you hike even deep in the woods and I hate having a hike destroyed if I get a gash.

@BarefootLouise outdoors as well as indoors?

@BarefootLouise My real reason for walking barefoot is to ground myself to the earth to feel that energy that permeates the soil beneath my feet. I walk to the mailbox in 6" of snow just to get that experience.

I do , sometimes you can get cut up pretty bad, but it still is worth it in the right place
