Espied a Kookaburra Nest?

Just before I rested under the honky Nut Dropping Tree I espied a Kookaburra going back and forward to this Dead Marri Tree Trunk.
On closer perusal there was a Kooka feeding it's Chick.
Chick was hidden from view at the bottom of the tree hollow.
I will continue to visit this hollow,(wearing a hard hat) in the hopes of seeing the Baby Kook emerge

Kookaburras are great Aussie birds.
They are called the Bushman's Alarm Clock.
Their "Laugh" is to tell other Kooks to stay away. "This is My Territory"

@Gusman Oh, yeah... well, I did know the actress after looking it up. But I didn't get all that from your first sentence. I guess that was aussie encrypted.

no worries, I have an aussie friend that is way less coherent then you, so you are doing fine.

@Kwek00 Sure, Aussie old timer slang😁

@Gusman No worries... I'm from Belgium, you are Australian. English isn't our first language. We'll just try to make ourselves understandable. 👬
