Finally getting out of the ER (brought my oldest in around 11pm

@CheshireCatalyst I seriously wanted to cry.

One of the kids got wheeled out but that other kid targeted our players helmet maliciously.
He even celebrated that hit after he made it.
It was disturbing- that kid is going to end up permanently injuring someone- and that’s not what the sport is about. Parents and coaches have worked so hard to change things around and make it safer
With proper tackling technique and changing even kick off (which we no longer do at the beginning of the game or turn around of the ball)

Thank you I don’t say it because he’s my son. He is not the best but he has a lot of potential and the previous 3yrs parents from other teams stayed after their kids games or cane earlier just to watch his team in action. Parents knew his name and he had so many people rooting for him always a lot of parents were just as shocked as we were at the fact they 1 he’s not starting and 2 he’s playing in a position he’s never played before. @Longpatrol
