@SW-User I had put my hair up to work in the garden and it got me where my neck meets my left shoulder. It hurt, but @1000PaperCranes put some stuff on it and it just aches now.

They put a pheromone on you that makes you a target for the whole nest. You have to piss only one off and you are judged as a threat. I was stung 20 times after stepping on a yellow jackets nest on the ground when I was 11. That makes you feel very raw with all of that venom.

@Pfuzylogic Yikes. This one was either alone, or I got inside before the rest of them cought the scent. I'll have to walk around and spray nests later.

You have to be careful because their stinger/ovipositor has no barb so one wasp can sting multiple times. The venom can be a wildcard in terms of toxicity.

When I was 8, I was in an abandoned building and bumped a wasp nest with my head. I was stung over a dozen times on my face and head. I learned about serious pain at an early age.

i was attacked by a swarm of them when i was 13. Being 13, I was able to summon superhuman reflexes and speed to get away.

@LookingForIt987 I once got an infection on my wrist from a spider bite. I decided to go to the doctor when a faint red line appeared over my vein going up the arm.
