I Love Yoga

Yoga keeps me sane. Keeps my stress levels in check. It stretches my body and cleanses my mind. I have been doing this for about a year now and I wonder how I ever got through some of life's stressful moments without it.

I have never regretted doing a yoga class. It is soooo good for you. And I appreciate even more the older I get. :)
