I Love Yoga

Yoga keeps me sane. Keeps my stress levels in check. It stretches my body and cleanses my mind. I have been doing this for about a year now and I wonder how I ever got through some of life's stressful moments without it.

I was just getting into it and I hurt my shoulder. I need to ease back into it. I really enjoyed it and the vinyasa I had been doing was more of a workout than I expected.
