Yes definitely! I've been doing yoga for about 3 years and it helps with basically every aspect of my life. Plus there's all different kinds of yoga, so if you want more stretching, or more workout, or more muscle building, or more cardio, there are loads of options!

I’ve been looking into doing some stretches a what not. I’d say any physical activity is good for you
Just yoga away.
It's not the miracle solution to all and every health issue the way someone always recommends yoga when someone mentions chronic illness, but it is a good way to stay active and flexible.

As a mindset focusing exercise it's very good, but you need to be in the right sort of mood.
