Duck yoga 8 🧘♀️
Eighth yoga session and I’m really starting to get the hang of it now! I’m able to hold my positions with ease and do so for much longer periods of time. My sister reminded me that this is still beginner-level stuff, but expressed that I should be ready to progress to more advanced poses soon enough. Also, I think it’s safe to say yoga has been doing wonders for my depression and anxiety! I’m feeling down a lot less often and not as easily put-down. At work, I’m managing my stress and anxiety fairly well. Partly due to the held of mood enhancement pills I’ve been taking, but yoga has to be playing a part in it too. Long way to go before I become an experiences yogi, but noticeable progress is being made. 🤸♀️
