My sixth session of duck yoga π§ββοΈ
My sister had me try meditation poses today. I actually remember the names of these ones too, lol. Full lotus, Burmese position and seiza. They all look so simple, like youβre just sitting down. But thereβs so much more to each of them and let me tell you, staying in those what appear to be simple sitting positions for a long time is not simple at all! My legs got tired quickly with the full lotus position, but I did better with the latter two. I also learned exactly why deep breathing is so crucial in those positions, lol. We didnβt go for as long as I would have liked, but like every session so far, I still learned quite a bit. Hope to do another one soon. π€ΈββοΈ
