Had my first yoga session today πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ


My sister, an experienced yogi, was acting as my yoga instructor, as we planned over the weekend. We just did a 20-minute yoga session that she said was for beginners. Seems simple enough! Just a lot of stretching and keeping myself in place. It’s definitely an endurance exercise, lol. She said it’ll get more difficult once we get into more advanced yoga. But looking forward to it all the same! πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ
Take your time and ease into it slowly... your muscles will appreciate that.

Yep, it seems so easy, but it's actually a proper workout for sure.
