One of my favourite classes at my gym each week is a yoga class. I think it's a great way to strengthen individual joints and bones and muscle connections to give core sinew strength.
I have myself practiced yoga for year! It given me alot of mental and physical strength with peace of mind! I suggest people to do yoga who face body problems.. Some refused to do because they consider that its Hindu worship! For me whatever makes human body more healthy must be pursed to stay healthy!
