I was quite a good sprinter at school, I was on the school team four years running. I was also fairly good at high jump, as well as gymnastics and I played volleyball.

I Practice Yoga

One of my favourite classes at my gym each week is a yoga class. I think it's a great way to strengthen individual joints and bones and muscle connections to give core sinew strength.

I Am a Woman and I Lift Weights

I Ran a 5k Race

It was for charity. A heart health charity for when my Dad had his scare. It was organised for a circuit of a park, and we went around it eight times! It was during late spring two years ago, on a Saturday.

Most of my family drive Mercedes Benz or Alfa Romeo, but I have a little Fiat 500 classic. I don't go out in it much, and I've only driven as far as Aylesbury, and Cambridge!

I have orange juice every morning! It's an essential part of my diet, and I could go without it. We have a machine that squeezes juice and disposes of the pull and skin.
