Not a long time, but I have to start small because I haven't exercised in a while. I want to get back the strength and endurance I once had when I was a runner. I need to tone these upper arms too, they're getting soft. 👀
I walk to and from work Monday to Friday. 30 minutes each way. I think those walks give me major health benefits. I also lift weights and do yoga, alternating days. When a person gets to be my age exercise is very important.
