@WaryWitchWandering Oh that's easy to do. I'll tell you my secret ;) I drink only water, and eat super small portions at meals. Count my calories too. I've lost 30 pounds since January, and it keeps dropping!

Yeah mine is bc my antidepressant methinks… I always hold on to extra weight when on it (prob bc I eat better/more)

I do random shit through day… but no set routine bc kids be crazy and take a LOT of time and attention and energy through day. I really should start waking before them to have set time

@WaryWitchWandering Ooh free weights will tighten those arms for sure. I learned some good excercises while in basic. Leg lifts, flutter kicks, push ups, sit ups, duck walks, jumping jacks, lunges. The kids can join in too, and expend some of their youngling energy!
