I've been walking for 15 mins a day and I feel stronger.

A couple of times I had cramps in my thigh or hip and was scared I'd pull a muscle if I didn't take a day and let my body rest. But I'm fine now. I feel good. I've exercised twice a week for most of my adult life so don't know why it's been so hard. I'm betting old. And I'm sure the surgery has affected me. I was told not to exercise at all last May until a few weeks ago when I was told to walk twice every day for 15 mins by my nurse.

If you've not been able to do anything for a while it might be a bit harder than you would think but you'll get there. Keep it up but don't overdo it.
