Working in night shift
Is it difficult for u too to work in night shift. I just completed one month of it.

I worked 12 hour night shifts for the first time at age 57.
No way was I suited to it. Driving a forklift, loading sea containers for export.
Started driving back to Perth on a country road after 6 nights of 12 hour shifts. Had the car on cruise control at 110kmh, fell asleep, crossed to the wrong side of the road, smacked into a large tree. Should have been killed. Ended up with two broken toes.
