Why? I need to get it together...

Lose Weight

But I just don't seem to have the energy or will power. Any ideas?

I know this is an older post, but I say find something you love to do. When I was younger, I loved pretending I was a super-hero so I would learn how to do jump-kicks and try to flip around. I love dance music and high energy beats because it makes you want to get up and move. Little things like this adds up and when you look at your exercise of choice as FUN instead of a WORK-out, it becomes easier.


Also losing weight and losing fat is different. Look at your body composition, not the number because it can discourage you.


Yeah, eating healthy is the hardest thing, but instead of cutting foods out, cut portions and slowly but surely your body will adapt.


I'm going through this process now and it's tough, but it can help get you through.
