@MeowsoliniReturns once you start and gaining benefits from it like feeling really good, the motivation will be much easier to sustain. The hard part is the lifestyle change at the start. Once you get more accustomed to that, there will be no stopping you

@MeowsoliniReturns no worries. Oh another good tip is to have fun with it. Do exercises you enjoy, eat heathier food you actually like and so on
