I worked out today 🤯

I didn't do much but I've needed to do it for a very very long time and finally decided to get up and do it today

It really makes me feel happy with myself even when it's only a little bit

And I'm really hoping to continue and keep going, hopefully daily...

Good for you. Just create a schedule. Three times a week and after a single week you will be craving it or looking forward to it at least
it probably wont be linear but you should celebrate each little victory
