You can jog outside, do video exercises. I am on my treadmill now, walked outside for an hour. Just do it!😆

I don't mean any harm though.

@irishmolly72 I want to stay healthy, and keep my body in shape, watching overweight people get sicker and die from.covid is a powerful motivation. How are you my friend? Keeping your gorgeous body in shape?
