Heeeey i need your advice.... i need to get to 5km i barely make 1-2km!

I started to practice a few week before the event. At first, I did speed walking, then moved to jogging. You will get muscle aches on first try but it will gone if you exercise more. And you will be all set.😊 Good luck😊
