I Need to Exercise More

Went for a run this morning for the first time in maybe 4 years! I ran maybe 300 metres! GET SOME!

@onelucasbest haha the gut is the last thing to go, I run and I made the effort to lose 15 pounds just before Christmas. It came off my face, chest, arms and legs which all look smaller and older - and a little bit came off my stomach.
