My friends had gone to the Hyrox competition in Washington DC this past weekend. I’ll hear about it today as to how they did. They also plan on going to Miami in a few weeks for another.

@Ferric67 Not keen on 8km of running each workout and only eight other exercises. Don't have any Hyrox specific gyms here.
