Fitness advice needed.

I’m on a journey that is trying to lose weight and gain muscle but I’m seriously having trouble getting motivated in doing it.

At the moment I’m trying to do a workout routine (I did this about 3 years ago and it helped me massively) but the days I’ve planned to do it isn’t going to plan.

The workout program is called T25 and the program is only 25 mins long, so as I work 4on 4off (7am till 7pm) I try to do the workout when I get home but I literally have no energy to do it so that is my excuse of not doing the workout which makes me angry at myself as it’s only 25 minutes long. So the next best thing is for me to do the workouts on my 4 days off which I have done but when I try to carry on the program when I do get home from a 12 hours shift I put it off and make an excuse to myself to not do it.

Would losing weight and gain muscle work it I did it on my 4 days off then not workout for 4 days then back on the workout 4 days later.

Do it first thing in the morning when you wake up it's only 25 min long.
