Gym or no gym

I'm in the gym right now watching daughter #1 do judo . . quite exhausting 😌

Definitely gym! Love the feeling of working out (or maybe the feeling of being done)

I recently started swimming indoors and also use the treadmill but no weights or exercise machines .

Me gym. But very irregular of late

No gym. Even in the days when I worked out I either did it via playing sports or at home, never liked going to a gym to work out.

I go every other day

Never been a gym person myself. It's not a setting that has any appeal.
