What’s ur workout routine?

I walk 3-5 miles a day, rain or shine. I do daily stretches. Twice a week I do light upper body/arm exercises with 15 lb. dumbbells. Mostly I try to maintain an active lifestyle for a 70+ year old. I still do my yardwork, flyfish wading rivers and streams, bow hunt, cut firewood, and split it (with an axe or maul, not a machine).

Surf in Winter 2 -3 times a week / Summer 4 - 5
Carry 20 Kgs bags of grain/malt at work, maybe 16 - 22 bags a day
Run mah mouth
Push my weight..
I carry the entire team..

I usually do medicine ball either squares with it or I bounce it , then the I push the sled 25 kg then either sit ups or dumbbells
