I'm training my body and cardio for Muay thai so every morning I've been doing 20 pushups

15 situps and 15 deep squats, then stretching hips, legs and core. I just did a 3.15km run without stopping and with my breathing steady.

I'm really happy about it, it's been a long hiatus from running and I've improved since 🙂

Good for you dude. Squats help w testosterone levels. Try adding push ups and planks to your routine for max effects .
