Would anyone recommend me there opinion on the best fitness tracker. My aim is to lose weight and gain more muscle so I’ll be doing more strength training than cardio.
What would be the best fitness tracker for that.
I’ve been told to look into “Whoop” but then I’ve been told to get “Fitbit”. Does anyone have any recommendations?
