I lift my dumbbells at home every 2nd day or so.
Plank for a minute every 3 days.
Walk the dogs when ever I can. But not as much as they would like.
I easily put in 24,000 steps during a Working shift.
And according to the fitbit I skip rope 2,000 times at my PC... Er forget about that last one. 😅
