Anyone know any treatments for a torn shoulder?

I’ve been putting it off for months but slamming it against the wall doesn’t help anymore so I’m out of ideas.

That sounds very painful - in my humble opinion seeing a doctor and getting advice and scans on it would seem a reasonable start?
