I had to this morning. I was out late last night at a gig, something I just don't do any more. Feeling the cost today had real struggle to get out and get my balance working. Needed all the exercises to get my head straight today. Not a workout like most would consider but it is hard work for me.
I skipped mine today. I twisted my left knee yesterday running down a long flight of stairs😔

@LilMissAnonyMOUSE Not too long ago I did the same thing. Healing now, but there are days it causes me issue.
@Tomorrow Yes, it happens to many athletes and dancers too. It happens when we make sudden turns and the knee cap isn't able to adjust quickly enough. I'm glad you're healing now and hope it doesn't occur frequently☺️

@SW-User I did! I have used the leg warmers since then for cold weather- to and from the office while wearing a skirt. Pretty nice and practical. But really stupid looking. 😂😂
