If you are married or in a long-term relationship - how do you celebrate Valentine's Day?

Our celebration has evolved over the years. I gave her a big bouquet of roses and lilies, a card, and some candy. She gives me a card if she has time to buy one. Either the night before or the night after Val. Day, we go out to a nice restaurant. Her birthday was just a few days ago, and that's when I gave her a nice gift.
