If they ever perfect the technology, would you get a dream recording device and see what your subconscious gets up to all night?

Or would you be worried that seeing the entity that lives in dreams and you forget when you wake up would give it the power to manifest in reality? 🤔

I'm so in. I don't remember any of my dreams so I would absolutely put that thing on.

@sarabee1995 I agree!

@Straylight Yup, I've read that too. But I don't even remember the last bits. Nothing. Blank.
@Straylight usually the last part I remember isn't even coherent, so I doubt the rest is. 😅

I remember my dreams so no.
Straylight · 31-35, F
@PinkMoon Neuroscience believes you only remember a small fraction of what you dream about.
PinkMoon · 26-30, F
@Straylight That small amount is enough for me to know I don't want to see the rest.
No. Most of my dreams are pretty boring. Arguments or talking around a table, my dad asking me to get him something from Subway. Had a car accident in them a few times. None of it is stuff I want to watch. Boring.
I guess there’s a good reason why I almost never, as never recall anything from my dreams.

Yes definitely would watch

Some of the dreams I have I know I have them, but can`t remember them upon waking. So I`d like to know what went on. There there are the claustrophobic dreams where I wake up in a panic and trying to catch my breath. Those I`d want to figure out too.

No need, I always remember my dreams.
But it would be interesting to see the whole dream series. As we only register the last one.

I wanna know if I could have actually made that appointment in my dream and what was the delay 😤😤
It could be interesting for some dreams, but I wouldn't watch the nightmares back.

Watch the classic sci fi movie Forbidden Planet.

"Monsters from the Id."

Sorting, sorting, sorting... etc, etc, etc! Rather boring I would think!
Ferric67 · M
I would absolutely love that
i would watch them, maybe i would learn something from my dreamer.

[seeing the entity that lives in dreams and you forget when you wake up would give it the power to manifest in reality]

For this reason alone, I will be first in line to try that device
Captainjackass · 31-35, M
I remember too much of my dreams already. A lurking horror living in my dreams is nothing compared to the disturbing crap I dream of.
No thank you. Nothing could be so great that it'd make up for the stuffs lurking in the shadows.
HannahSky · F
I wouldn't mind.
I'm an experienced lucid dreamer, but ever since I had covid last year I have been having trouble remembering them immediately after waking up.
