Yes. I still have an Aunt by marriage and a couple of second cousins living there. My family used to drive more to the north to get to Nebraska, but I have been to Kansas.

@MarmeeMarch Iowa is very similar. My Dad is buried near the original family farm, in Creston, and I remember joking inappropriately with my brother...mentioning that there certainly were a lot of vegetables all around...馃槈
