Apple Music perhaps? It's a HUGE music library. It's incredible how many different recordings of Wagner's "Parsifal" they have.

I like Tubitv.com because it is free, and I like Amazon Prime Video because it's included in what I am already paying anyway.

I like that and Hulu. I am not sure where you are located, but I am sure that Doctor Who, at least where I am at, does not carry Doctor Who.
